1. General Conditions
Return conditions differ for ready-made and custom-made products.

2. Returning Ready-Made Products
Ready-made products can be returned within 2 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

• The product has not been used.
• The product is kept in its original condition.

3. Custom-Made Products
Products made to individual order are non-returnable, except in the following cases:

• The product is damaged.
• The product does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

4. Return Deadline
In the event of a defect or an issue, the customer is required to notify us within 24 hours.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, the following are required:

• Provision of the order details.
• Photo/video evidence illustrating the issue.

6. Refunds
Once the issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued, or the product will be replaced.
