We care about the quality of our products and offer a warranty on all purchased items.<\/p>

1. Warranty Period<\/strong>
Products are covered by a 14-calendar-day warranty starting from the day of receipt.<\/p>

2. What the Warranty Covers<\/strong>
The warranty applies to the following cases:<\/p>

  • Manufacturing defects<\/li>
  • Structural flaws<\/li>
  • Material damage that is not caused by the customer<\/li><\/ul>

    3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover<\/strong>
    The warranty does not apply to:<\/p>

    • Natural wear and tear<\/li>
    • Damage caused by improper use or care<\/li>
    • Exposure to water, moisture, or extreme environmental conditions (unless the product is specifically intended for such conditions)<\/li>
    • Mechanical damage (impacts, drops, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>

      4. Custom-Made Products<\/strong>
      For custom-made products, the warranty applies exclusively to technical\/manufacturing defects and does not cover subjective assessments of design or visual characteristics.<\/p>

      5. Claiming the Warranty<\/strong>
      To claim the warranty, please contact us and provide:<\/p>

      • Your order details<\/li>
      • A photograph or video illustrating the issue<\/li><\/ul>

        6. Resolution<\/strong>
        Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide one of the following:<\/p>

        • Product repair, or<\/li>
        • Product replacement, or<\/li>
        • A partial or full refund (based on an individual assessment)<\/li><\/ul>
