1. General Conditions<\/strong>
Return conditions differ for ready-made and custom-made products.<\/p>

2. Returning Ready-Made Products<\/strong>
Ready-made products can be returned within 2 calendar days of receipt, provided that:<\/p>

  • The product has not been used.<\/li>
  • The product is kept in its original condition.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Custom-Made Products<\/strong>
    Products made to individual order are non-returnable, except in the following cases:<\/p>

    • The product is damaged.<\/li>
    • The product does not match the agreed-upon specifications.<\/li><\/ul>

      4. Return Deadline<\/strong>
      In the event of a defect or an issue, the customer is required to notify us within 24 hours.<\/p>

      5. Return Process<\/strong>
      To initiate a return, the following are required:<\/p>

      • Provision of the order details.<\/li>
      • Photo\/video evidence illustrating the issue.<\/li><\/ul>

        6. Refunds<\/strong>
