<\/strong>We offer both ready-made and custom-made handcrafted wooden products, including pet houses, lamps, indoor and outdoor children's playhouses, and more.
Ready-made products match the provided photographs as closely as possible; however, due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, and details may occur.
Custom-made items are crafted based on individual specifications and may vary slightly in appearance.<\/p>

3. Placing an Order<\/strong>
Orders can be placed for both ready-made products and items featuring individual designs.
An order is considered confirmed only after the payment (or advance deposit) is received.
By placing an order, the user confirms that all provided information (first name, last name, address, phone number, etc.) is correct.
The company reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if there is a suspicion of fraud, incorrect data, or other risks.<\/p>

4. Pricing and Payment<\/strong>
All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL).
For custom-made products, an advance payment may be required.<\/p>

Payments can be made using the following methods:
\u2013 Online payment via bank card or a third-party payment platform.
\u2013 Cash on delivery\/payment to the courier (if available).<\/p>

5. Liability<\/strong>
The user is responsible for providing the correct contact and delivery information.
Delivery is available throughout Georgia.
Delivery times and shipping costs are specified in the relevant section of the website.
Delays caused by a third party (the courier company) are not the responsibility of the company.
If the courier is unable to contact the user or find the delivery address, the delivery may be postponed.<\/p>
